50A ALL NEW VSR
Introduction:
This unit is ALL NEW VSR Voltage Sensitive Relay Module designed with LED voltage
display and adjustable parameters of voltage and delay time.

How to work:
The VSR is connected between the positives of the main and auxiliary batteries and works
according to the voltages When the engine is started and either battery reaches 13.3 V, the
VSR engages, allowing two battery banks (start and auxiliary) to be charged simultaneously.
When voltage of both batteries drops below 12.8 V (eg. the engine is stopped), the VSR
disengages, separating the batteries. This system eliminates the possibility of draining the
wrong battery and protects sensitive electronic equipment powered from the auxiliary battery
from harmful engine start up spikes.

Caution: Do not discharge the auxiliary battery with huge current during charging or the VSR
and related electronics will be damaged

How to assist starting (Override function):
If the main battery with low voltage or damaged, it can not start the engine separately. Then
you can override the VSR to make assisting start with the auxiliary battery.
As the VSR in disengage state, press and hold on the "A" switch for more than 3 sec till the
LED screen illuminates, the VSR is now engaging and the LED display the combined voltage.
The VSR will be engaged for 60 sec and you can try to start the engine during this term.
How to use Storage Mode:
If the vehicle will be stored for a long time, you can press the Power switch on the panel to
shutdown the power supply to make the VSR into "Storage Mode". You should turn on the
VSR by press the Power switch once to lift the Storage Mode.
You can judge the state (ON or OFF) of power switch by Checking the voltages. If the Power is
ON, you can press the "SET" switch and LED screen displays the voltage.
